The Amazing Gareth Leslie will be playing a solo set on the Soil Stage!

Multi-instrumentalist Gareth Leslie hails from the coffeehouses of Montreal with a passion for live improvisation, wild classical violin, and layered vocal harmonies over folky guitar, keys and mando-guitar. When he is not hosting the Living Room open-mics with the Living Arts Collective, teaching high school physics and math, playing for dance waves, or initiating longform improvisation sessions with friends, he is in his magical cargo-trailer studio composing and self-recording songs. He is dedicated to keeping music local and intimate, and loves including the audience in his vibe in an authentic way. Having lived five years in NC, he is excited to be adding his musicianship to the scene between Saxapahaw and Durham
