SteadyBurn Pyrography
I sell handmade, wood-burned art. Many of my pieces are inspired by nature, animals, and land. I also specialize in abstract mazes and love to share about how abstract art helps me care for and express my mental health.
My business is centered on animal welfare, community care, and ecology & preservation. I offer 10% of sales to corresponding causes—I hope you’ll read more about that on my website!
During Soil & Sky, 10% will go to land preservation projects at Benzai Bloomstead, the site where Soil & Sky takes place. Specifically, I'll be making a special collection of wood-burned pieces inspired by photos taken on the land at Benzai Bloomstead!
Additionally, whenever I vend, I offer Collaborative Art For Community Healing. Anyone can contribute to these pieces for free! You add your contribution directly to the wood using pencil, and then later I burn in all the contributions. The purpose of these collaborative pieces is to offer a place for people to express themselves and honor common experiences. This year, I've traveled with a piece that honors animals that have died, and I have gotten to hear so many wonderful stories because of it.

I'm Grace, a 20-year-old college student studying Studio Art and Arts Administration. I've been making art since I was little, and I couldn't imagine a life without it. Most of my free time is spent working on various projects (often multiple at once). Although I don't like choosing mediums to stick to, I focus mainly in fibers and jewelry making. I've been using clay and crocheting since middle school, and I'm hoping to turn it into a career!
Hidden Spring Farm: Leicester Longwools
Welcome to Hidden Spring Farm where we raise Leicester Longwools - the rare, heritage sheep with gorgeous wool! I make Handspun Yarn from my sheep's wool, colorful Birdnest Balls and many beautiful felted crafts including Handfelted Hats and Scarves. Come by my booth to see handspinning demonstrated on a spindle and try your hand at spinning on a simple stick. Visitors can also learn how to felt, making a simple small felted ball. Come learn about my sheep and their wonderful wool!

When you hold a piece of handmade pottery you hold a piece of the earth, history and an artist’s spirit.
We are a husband-and-wife team, located a mere 5 miles from the Soil & Sky site. We collaborate on every piece that comes through our home studio. Our goal is to create your favorite coffee mug, the one you look for every morning. We like to think we have coffee mugs for every personality. We create functional and decorative pottery. From baking dishes and garlic plates to our best-selling wine cups. Our unique glaze combinations will have you wanting more.
Our passion for clay and creating the best handmade items sets us apart. Knowing that someone else enjoys our creations is very heartwarming and thrilling.

Find the AGI booth to participate in photos and videos encouraging people to be invested in civic engagement around bodily autonomy, including reproductive health, trans rights and queer liberation.
