Yoga With Patrice
Join us first thing after noon for a group yoga session with Patrice Graham!
Patrice first attended a yoga class in 2008, but dismissed yoga as βjust stretching.β After trying yoga again in 2012 she fell in love with the feeling of inner peace that the yoga practice provides. Inspired by the life-changing effects of Yoga in her own life, Patrice completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. She aims to help impart the benefits of yoga to others, especially those that don't feel represented.
Patrice owns Araminta Wellness which focuses on promoting rest, relaxation and healing for Black women.
Araminta Wellness provides liberating healing work, including breathwork, movement and rest to promote healing to help women avoid burnout, overwhelm, and overall dis-ease.
Patrice is a Trauma-Informed 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Mental health advocate, rest enthusiast, Virgo, empath and lover of people and life.
