I'm Carrie Kraxberger, a certified yoga instructor and nature lover, with a passion for cultivating spaces for vulnerable connection with our authentic selves and others through creative expression.
Yoga is more than an exercise in physical form, it is a way of living! Mindful connection with our bodies and being present to the quiet treasures found in our natural world breaks us from the busy storylines of our lives so that we may tap into a deeper awareness that is always with us.
The practice of slowing down, coming as whomever you are in the moment, and intentionally engaging in mindful movement without the frills of a fancy yoga studio or expensive equipment reminds us that everything we need, we already possess.
Join me and immerse yourself in nature for a restorative 30-minute yoga practice and guided meditation.
